Productinformation
Beaune 1er Cru “Clos des Teurons” is located on the eastern side of the Montagne de Beaune, at an altitude of approximately 225 meters. The vineyard has a soil rich in limestone, mixed with clay and stones. Its eastern exposure allows for early ripening of the grapes.
This is a full-bodied and powerful wine with a beautiful balance of fruit, tannins, and acidity. It shows an abundance of ripe dark fruit—blackberries and black cherries—combined with subtle spice and a touch of vanilla. The tannins are ripe and silky, giving the wine an elegant structure.
The finish is long and spicy, with persistent fruitiness and a hint of minerality.
