Productinformation
Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé 2014 is a harmonious blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from the best vineyards. Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque Rosé is the house's most pure and full-bodied style. Belle Epoque Rosé is not only rare, but also hugely elegant. The bottle is decorated with the legendary Japanese white anemone, created by Emile Gallé in 1902. Only produced in years when the seasons are perfectly aligned.
In the glass, this cuvée displays a brilliant, pale salmon-pink color with a lively, fine mousse. The nose is refined and expressive, with delicate aromas of pomegranate, wild strawberry, and raspberry, complemented by floral notes of rose petals and orange blossom, and a subtle hint of cassis.
On the palate, the wine reveals a silky texture and remarkable freshness. Ripe red fruit, citrus zest, and light stone fruit notes are harmoniously interwoven with floral nuances and an elegant minerality. The balance between richness and finesse gives the wine a refined structure and a gastronomic character.
The finish is long, refined, and delicate, with persistent notes of red fruit and flowers, supported by a subtle minerality that adds extra depth.
