Productinformation
This pure Chablis comes from four parcels with Kimmeridgian clay-limestone marl soils and a south-eastern exposure. The vines, planted between 1984 and 1999, yield 60 hl/ha and produce a concentrated wine that is entirely vinified and aged in stainless steel, with natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations and ten months of ageing on fine lees for added depth and texture.
Aromas of ripe fruit and subtle spice are complemented by notes of orange zest. The palate is harmonious and rounded, with juicy fruit expression and fresh acidity.
