Blend of three lieux-dits: Le Fongeant, La Brocade and Côte Bodin. 15-20% whole bunch, vinification in steel. 24 months in 2-3 years old Saury Barriques 228l.
“Trio de brune is a cuvée that blends our three terroirs that are situated in the heart of Côte-Rôtie. Every parcel has been vinified and aged seperately only to be blended right before botteling. Le Fongeant brings the juiciness, la Brocarde the elegant fruit and finesse, côte Bodin add structure and power to the blelnd. This wine distinguishes itself by its generosity and depth while keeping its fraicheur and finesse. It’s a wine that is very pleasant to drink in it’s youth but has the potential to age for many years.”
