Although the name Sous la Velle also appears in Saint-Romain, the Bellang vines are exclusively situated in Meursault. With chalky soils and good exposure, this results in a typical Burgundy style with fine minerality.
Traditional vinification and fermentation with 10 months aging in oak barrels (1–5 years old) for structure and complexity. Beautiful balance between fresh acidity, richness, and subtle oak notes.
