“Les Reversées” is a Premier Cru vineyard in Beaune, located on the eastern side of the Montagne de Beaune. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of approximately 230 meters and has a soil composition of clay-rich limestone and limestone. This soil structure imparts a fine minerality and a fresh, elegant style to the wine, naturally combined with the distinctive character typical of Paul Pernot. The eastern orientation ensures optimal exposure to the morning sun, which contributes to a slow and even ripening of the grapes.
