Productinformation
This Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume comes from a single parcel planted in 1988, facing south on a 12% slope at 150–170 meters altitude, rooted in Kimmeridgian clay-limestone marl. The wine is entirely vinified in stainless steel, undergoing natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations and ageing for ten months on fine lees, resulting in precision and purity.
The nose reveals iodized and seaweed nuances with delicate hints of white pepper. Its pronounced minerality — a true hallmark of the region — defines the wine, supported by vibrant acidity and a refined, structured finish.
