Productinformation
Croix de Brully operates under the radar; they are not visibly present, but let their wines speak for themselves. The vines stretch from the Côte Chalonnaise to the Côte de Nuits, covering a total of 23 appellations (9 white and 14 red).
Cultivation is organic, and the wines are aged for 12 to 20 months in oak barrels, depending on the terroir. We value purity and freshness, we value fruit and structure — that is what our wines are all about.
In the Côte Chalonnaise, the vines benefit from abundant sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures than in the Côte-d’Or. At an altitude of 230 to 300 meters, the clay- and limestone-rich hillsides produce wines that can rival the best wines of the nearby Côte de Beaune.
This wine has a golden-yellow color with greenish hues. It offers beautiful aromas of ripe fruit and blossoms, complemented by honey and quince. A wine full of fruit, lively and well-rounded.
