This Petit Chablis is a refined and vibrant expression of 100% Chardonnay, sourced from two parcels planted on Portlandian limestone soils with a north-west exposure. The vines, planted between 1989 and 2010, yield 60 hl/ha and produce a pure wine entirely vinified in stainless steel and aged for ten months on fine lees, enhancing its clarity and texture.
The nose is fruity and floral, with notes of lemon and acacia blossom. The palate mirrors the aromatics — precise, harmonious and beautifully chiselled — supported by lively acidity and a fresh, clean finish.
